4th week u lost .6 lb liver & onions
5th week u lost 1.8 lb
6th week u lost 1.4 lb
7th week u lost .4 lb burger in forks
8th week u lost .4 lb after 3 lb gain & loss + angry at mom total 13.4 lb
Plan for 9th week (let's pull it all together, focus & do 2 lb) Eat 1/2 c healthy food every three hours,(or bigger meal at lunch or dinner) eat prunes at night, hot green tea every morning, drink 8 glasses of water, acia berry, vitamins, exercise sitting in a chair, ignore mom's attitude
I forgot to congrats you on the 1339 calorie intake yesterday.As you can see in the long run YOU CAN DO IT, as long as you keep focused on you...not mom.

Wow. This is a wonderful summary. Very telling. I'm going out to breakfast with Kathleen (a friend here) this am and I was going to eat 1 egg and 1 toast but after I weighed with no loss I ate my regular oatmeal. Feel good about that decision.
After reading this I feel REAL good about that decision.

Thanks for keeping the summary of my good and bad weeks. That's a real eye opener. I was a little hungry most of the day Saturday but I had more snacks and water throughout the day.
I ate enough to feel good on Sunday and today I'm doing good also.

Yea, it's easy to forget the reasons for gain or loss unless you write everything down and then sumerize them along with the weight data.
Will you be able to cut back on the walnuts????

It's not good to starve yourself. Keep yourself full on good healthy low-fat, low-calorie food
except for the bagel late at night...it would be better to have it at noon and have the grapes late at night.but otherwise, it's good
