Yeah. Wouldn't that be something? There's a little one horse health club here. Maybe that would work out.

I'm doing wall pushups and seated sit ups. Drawing my stomach in as much as possible and holding it for 30 seconds. Works my lower abs where most of my fat is. I can tell because it hurts in the am. I'm creeping up on really working out.

Hey,
Can't find the box with the Serenity pills in it. The only thing I can figure is that I threw them out with the box. Can't see how I missed them but I did.

Gone all day from 9:30 to 6:00 with Mom looking into hearing aids. I have to confess I broke bad and had a cheeseburger and ff. Check my record. First one I've had in a long time. It eased a craving. I'll be OK now for a while.

Had the rest of your vegie soup last night.
